What kinds of services do you offer?
We offer many different jewelry related services! We specialize in custom jewelry, jewelry design, and jewelry repairs. From simple chain solderings, to ring sizing, stone setting, re-tipping, complete ring restoration, and much more! We also offer jewelry appraisals for insurance purposes as well as watch batteries.
Is the repair work done in house?
Technically yes, but no. Jim our jeweler and owner does all of our work, however his shop is located at a private location. So we do not send your items out through the mail or to a third party to be worked on, but it is not done on premises.
Do you offer same day repairs?
We do not. However, depending on the circumstance and the repair we can potentially have it completed within 24 hours for a $50.00 rush fee.
How do I know you're not going to switch my diamond?
This might sound harsh, but it's honest and it's the truth....you're diamond isn't worth our reputation. We pride ourselves on honesty and integrity at Peirano Jewelers.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes! Certain repairs are in need of more inspection that what is allowed at our office. Jim will take a look at your item and give you a free estimate! We will give you a quote on most repairs while you're face to face with Valerie in the office.
What is your return policy?
We offer store credit for in-stock items that have not been worn within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom pieces.
